PAYMENTS

Deposit of 10% minimum required on standard furniture and accessories.

Deposit of 30% minimum required on bespoke furniture and kitchens.

Balance must be paid in full before or on day of delivery.

DELIVERY

All delvieries are made during office hours on estimated times and dates only. Any other times must be previously arranged before ordering.   We do not accept any reponsibilty for any loss caused as a result of a delay in delivery.  Please ensure you have measured access and space for any items delivered as we cannot accept reponsibilty and will be obliged to charge a minimum of £40.00 for any error on your behalf.

REFUNDS

Loss of minimum deposit on cancellation of any ordered item.

Replacements or exchange will be made on faulty items beyond repair.

Standard items found not appropiate may be swapped or a credit note may be issued at managers discretion.
